Tiamet Communications mission is to help revitalize the rural areas of Mecklenburg and surrounding counties by bringing access to the World Wide Web through Wireless technologies. We feel that by helping our clients with access to the information and resources they need, it will help bring educational programs, jobs and increased revenue into our local communities. It will also bring the resources of the World to their door step.
With our small town attitude and customer service we are able to obtain this goal unlike larger corporate communication companies because we care about our clients and our communities. This section will help you in advertising your business with other communities in your area; this service is totally free if you or your business is located within one of our current coverage areas. Wireless Broadband Service
We offer Wireless broadband internet service to both residential and businesses. Residential plans start at just $50 per month (no contract) and Business plans start at $70 per month (no contract).
Computer & Network Service
We offer software installation/upgrades, virus removal, and Ubuntu Linux installation. We do hardware installation and custom system builds. We also offer home router installs as well as business networking design and installation.

We provide 24/7 phone coverage (434-374-3104) for our customers. Our business hours are: Monday thru Friday: 8am to 9pm; Saturday: 9am to 5pm; Sunday Noon to 5pm.
