We've changed our EMail system from a POP3 to an IMAP.
In order to use the new email system you MUST call (434-374-3104) and activate your account!
To activate your Zimbra Webmail account simply use the password you are given. If you entered that correctly it will log you in and immediately ask you to change your password. You MUST change the password!
Once that is done login will complete and you will have access to your webmail account.
Setting up Outlook Express, Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 & Vista Windows Mail
The following information will be used:
- username - the account name (i.e. scoobydo)
- password - the password you chose
- Incoming mail type - IMAP Port 993
- Outgoing Mail type - SMTP Port 25
- Incoming Mail Server - mail.tiametcomm.com
- Outgoing Mail Server - mail.tiametcomm.com
- email address - i.e. scoobydo@tiametcomm.com
You will need to reconfigure your OutLook Express,
OutLook 2003 and OutLook 2007 & Windows Mail to work with the new system.
